Who is WaterMark for?
WaterMark is designed for CEOs or Executive Directors who feel desperate for change, growth and input. If you feel isolated, burned-out, overwhelmed, confused, beat-up, tempted to quit, sucked dry, tired and maybe even a little angry WaterMark is for you.
Women are wired for relationship and filling the leadership role in a pregnancy organization often causes a great sense of loss because unless someone has served as leader of a pregnancy help organization, they will never understand the stress you experience on a daily bases.
NOTE: There are specific factors that must be meet to qualify for WaterMark Women. This includes an application form and phone interview.
How does WaterMark work?
WaterMark begins by understanding how God has you wired and how you interface with the world. We will explore where you are currently in your leadership development and discuss where you want to grow. Much focus is placed on self-awareness and personal growth. After the assessment, we talk by phone or Internet meeting for two, one-hour sessions a month to set goals and accountability.
Who will be my coach?
My name is Beth Chase. I have over 35 years experience serving in leaderships roles within the pregnancy help organization work. I have walked your path. As a former President/CEO of two pregnancy medical clinic centers. I know your world. All of our work together is strictly confidential. You will have access to me 24/7 should you need me.
What is the cost?
- Initial assessment: $150 (plus two online tests costing around $60)
- Monthly: $165 (two, one-hour sessions a month)
